years NEW YORK CITY driving experience.

navigation systems for travel and directions
accuracy.
Dispatch Center
• Hours of operation: 24 hours/ 7 Days a
week.
• Supervisors and managers are on hand to
monitor all activity for quality assurance.
• Hands-on, highly motivated and
well-trained group of professionals with a combined 30+
years of
experience in the Black Car industry.
• Computerized reservation and billing
system providing detailed information on date and time
of
call, time of reservation, pick up and final destination, car
number etc.
Customer Service
• An open door policy with our staff and
our clients. The company President is just a phone call
away.
• A proactive approach: we are swift to
report, respond and resolve all incidents.
• Complaints and disputes regarding our
drivers and/or services are extensively researched.
Our “Zero Tolerance” policy applies to all behavior
unbecoming a professional chauffer.
Drivers are removed from your account and in extreme cases,
removed from the company.
We fully expect our drivers to conduct our business at a
“pro” level and to adhere to all applicable
safety laws (including “hands free” cell phone use.) This our
testament to customer safety and
satisfaction at all times.
• We can develop individual profiles to
help extend or restrict car usage. A “VIP” program can
be
custom tailored for your company, eliminating vouchers to
help expedite the process.

• Service Alerts are faxed to our clients
to advise of delays due to inclement weather, Holidays,
Presidential visits, Protests, etc, thus helping you plan
your day.
